About this policy
KeyConnect+ is a sports, events, and social networking app developed and operated by KeyChainApps Technology Inc. This Privacy Policy explains how your personal information is collected, used, shared, and protected through our website (www.keychainapps.net), mobile applications, and related services. By using the Services, you agree to this Privacy Policy.
1. About KeyConnect+ and our users
KeyConnect+ provides a digital platform to manage and participate in sports teams, events, and social networking. Our Services are organised around the following user types:
- Registered User — a user who creates a KeyConnect+ account with a name, email address, and password to access password-protected features
- Team Admin / Organisation — a Registered User with administrator access to manage one or more teams, events, or organisations
- Player — a sports participant over the age of 13, or the parent/guardian of a youth participant under 13
- Household Member — another member of a Player’s household who uses the Services
- Fan — a user who accesses only public portions of the Services that do not require an account
2. How we collect information
We may collect information about you by various means, including:
- Directly from you, both online (website, app) and offline
- Through your use of our Services
- From Team Admins, Organisations, and other Users who provide information about you
- From third-party sources and social media platforms you use to engage with us
3. Categories of information we collect
3.1 Information you provide
- Registered User information such as name, email address, password, mailing address, phone number, and subscription preferences
- Player information such as name, birthday, gender, email address, mailing address, and phone number
- Team and event information including team name, location, time zone, sport type, and event details
- Contact list information (with your prior permission) to invite friends to the app
- Profile information including photos, bio, sport preferences, and event interests
- Chat information when you use team chat and direct messaging features — conversations are recorded and may be shared with our chat service provider
3.2 Information collected automatically
- Usage details including date, time, length of visits, pages accessed, and frequency of visits
- Device information including IP address, device type, unique device identifier, operating system, and browser type
- Location information including general location via IP address and, where you grant permission, precise geolocation
3.3 Information from Team Admins and other users
Team Admins and Organisations may provide us with personal information about you, including eligibility, roster details, scheduling, and performance information.
4. Online user activity & tracking
We and our vendors use cookies, pixels, SDKs, and similar technologies to collect online user activity when you use our Services. These tools help us identify returning users, analyse traffic, improve the Services, and deliver customised content. Most browsers allow you to reject cookies; if you disable cookies, some features may not function correctly.
5. How we use your information
- Provide our Services to you, including maintaining your account
- Enable team management, event organisation, roster management, and scheduling
- Send transactional communications such as account alerts and event notifications
- Send promotional communications where you have opted in
- Monitor performance and analyse and improve the Services
- Personalise your experience and deliver relevant content
- Protect the security and integrity of our Services and prevent fraud
- Comply with applicable legal obligations
6. How we share your information
6.1 Service providers
We share information with trusted third-party vendors who help us operate the Services including cloud hosting, analytics, customer support, and advertising networks. These providers are contractually required to maintain appropriate security measures.

8. Children’s privacy
KeyConnect+ is intended for users 13 years of age and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without express parental consent. If you believe we have collected unauthorised information about your child under 13, contact us at privacy@keychainapps.net and we will promptly delete it.

10. Data security
We implement industry-standard physical, administrative, and technical safeguards to protect your personal information, including encryption of data in transit and password-protected accounts with restricted access. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
11. US state privacy rights
Residents of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Texas, Virginia, and other US states with applicable privacy laws have the following rights:
- Right to know the categories and specific pieces of personal information collected about you
- Right to request deletion of your personal information
- Right to correct inaccurate personal information
- Right to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information for targeted advertising
- Right to non-discrimination for exercising your privacy rights

12. European residents (GDPR)
If you are located in the EU, EEA, UK, or Switzerland, you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and the right to object. To exercise these rights or to withdraw consent, contact us at privacy@keychainapps.net. We will respond within 30 days.
13. Child safety
KeyConnect+ has a zero-tolerance policy for any content that sexually exploits or harms children in any way.
We prohibit any content that exploits, harms, or endangers minors. We comply with all applicable child safety laws including COPPA. Any detected child sexual abuse material (CSAM) is reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and relevant authorities.
To report a child safety concern: use the in-app Report button, or email keychainapps@gmail.com. If a child is in immediate danger, contact emergency services (911 in the US) or report to NCMEC at cybertipline.org.
14. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by posting an updated policy on our website and, where required by law, by sending you a direct notification.

Important: These Terms include a class action waiver, waiver of jury trials, and require binding arbitration on an individual basis to resolve most disputes.
About these terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a legal agreement between you (“you” or “User”) and KeyChainApps Technology Inc. operating KeyConnect+, governing your access to and use of the KeyConnect+ website, mobile application, and related services. By using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Registration & account
To access certain features you may be required to register for an account. By registering, you agree to provide accurate and complete information, keep your password confidential, and notify us immediately at privacy@keychainapps.net of any unauthorised use of your account. You must be of legal age to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction.
2. KeyConnect+ services
KeyConnect+ provides a digital platform for sports management, events, and social networking, including team and organisation management, event creation and scheduling, in-app messaging, live streaming of events, and other features made available through the Services. KeyConnect+ is not responsible for the practices of Organisations or Teams it does not own or control.
3. Accessing content
You agree to use the Services only for your own personal, non-commercial use and in compliance with all applicable laws. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a worldwide, non-exclusive, non-sublicensable, and non-transferable licence to access and use the Services.
4. Ownership & intellectual property
All materials available through the Services are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. KeyConnect+ retains all rights not expressly granted. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without prior written permission.
5. User content
You retain ownership of content you post. By posting content, you grant KeyConnect+ a worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute that content in connection with the Services. You are solely responsible for your content and represent that it does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.
6. Conduct policy
You agree not to use the Services to post content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable. Violations may result in account suspension or termination and reporting to appropriate authorities.
7. Sports injury & assumption of risk
KeyConnect+ is not responsible for physical injuries sustained during sports activities organised through the Services. By using the Services, you acknowledge and assume all risks associated with physical sports participation.
8. Account suspension & termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at privacy@keychainapps.net.
9. No warranties
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
10. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KEYCONNECT+ SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.
11. Dispute resolution & arbitration
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved through binding individual arbitration. You waive your right to a jury trial and to participate in a class action. This does not prevent either party from seeking injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.
12. DMCA — copyright
If you believe content on the Services infringes your copyright, please send a notice to privacy@keychainapps.net with details of the allegedly infringing material and your contact information.
